NRMH admits psychiatric patients both locally and internationally. Our help desk will walk you through the admission journey with the patient making the experience efficient fast and friendly.
Life at NRMH
Upon admission the patient is taken through an orientation of the facilities by our patient attendants to facilitate smooth settling in of our patients. This leads to the next step of identifying the patients’ needs which is carried out by a team of care givers together with the patient. Our role is to ensure the patient is as comfortable as possible as this equally contributes to a quick recovery.
At NRMH we provide quality meals that are well balanced as well as indoor and outdoor activities and therapies.
Discharge Process
Upon completion of the in-patient programme the admitting doctor will initiate the discharge process. The admission department will clear the patient and issue them with a discharge slip to the guardian/sponsor of patient who delivers the same to the sister-in-charge. The sponsor/guardian will proceed to the cashier for billing and settlement whether by cash or through insurance medical cards. Please contact us for more clarity.
